Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of every product we carry. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

Return window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be uncut, unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Cut chain — no exceptions

 All chain is sold by the foot and cut to order. Once chain has been cut, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Please verify your order specifications before confirming purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items

 Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at hello@link925.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

How to start a return

 Contact us at hello@link925.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

 Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time varies by bank or card issuer.

Non-returnable items Cut chain, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
